Job Summary:Elevation are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and financial obligations.
  • Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks related to project costs and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project costs, progress, and forecasts to management and clients.

Skills and qualifications of the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
