This well known brand are now offering a fantastic opportunity for a hard working, committed and experienced LETTINGS PROPERTY MANAGER/NEGOTIATOR to join their friendly team.
Areas of Accountability:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
- Resolving maintenance issues and dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Meeting targets and performance objectives
- Reviewing property visits reports, check out reports, releasing the deposit
- Ensuring the property is complying with legislation
- Organising Gas Safety Certificates
The Individual:
- Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in lettings maintenance and up to date current knowledge and experience of lettings legal legislation.
Full UK driving licence is essential
A generous basic salary and commission package is being offered dependent on experience along with parking.
