Formed in 2012, Senior Salmon are a specialist recruitment agency based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Our areas of expertise lie within Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Warehousing, Administration and Transport.

We have an established team, many of whom have been with us for almost 10 years.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who knows how to look after clients and candidates, have a passion for the industry and love what they do.

A starting salary of £32,000 to £35,000, plus holiday entitlement of 38 days per annum, including stats. That's not a typo, we truly offer 38 days holiday per annum.

We have grown steadily over the last 13 years and are looking for ambitious 360 recruiters who are highly motivated and driven by success.
