About the Role:

Our client, a local public sector organisation, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Programme Manager to support the Executive Director – Operations. This role is crucial in implementing a service review, resolving operational matters, and managing lift and shift arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Director – Operations in implementing a comprehensive service review.
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage lift and shift arrangements, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Implement officer and councillor procedures.
  • Prepare Officer Decision Records for various lift and shift operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for an Assistant Director and Service Manager.
