Our client has a long history manufacturing bespoke solutions into the construction and retail sectors amongst others. With a well-established client base that is served by the current account management team we are looking for an experienced business development manager that can lead the next phase of growth and develop the vast untapped potential as well as look to open up new markets.


We are looking for a highly motivated new business leader that can network and sell into contractual decision makers (architects, designers and main / sub-contractors). You will own new sales opportunities from onboarding to delivery working with the manufacturing team to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction. You will leverage warms leads and previous client contacts as well as develop new avenues of opportunity. You will autonomously own and lead the new business strategy working with the management team to deliver value and growth.This is a very hands on and close-knit team and business environment the ideal candidate will be happy to step into and support other areas of the business when required.


This is a fantastic opportunity to ultimately mould and grow a well-established business. The role would ideally suit someone that has experience within the construction sector but we are open to people that have demonstrated the drive and ability to develop and grow business in other sectors. The ability to take initiative and be a self-starter is paramount, as is the potential to grow your responsibility and over time demonstrate the capability for further progression.
