Requirements:

  • Experience in Health and Social Care working directly with children aged 8-18 years old
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undergo a free DBS check
  • Enthusiasm to make a difference
  • Flexibility to work long days (10:00 - 22:00)
  • Full driving license (desirable) or in the latter stages of gaining your license
  • Opportunity to gain the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Residential (desirable, but training provided after 6 months of satisfactory employment)

Schedule:

  • Day shifts, holidays, Monday to Friday, sleep-in nights, overtime, weekends on a rota basis
  • Flexible shifts: 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, flexitime
