They are looking for experienced Support Workers to join their forward thinking, quality focussed and happy team.

The Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a loving, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You'll work closely with a supportive leadership team, ensuring the well-being and development of those in your care. Your responsibilities will include advocating for children's needs, managing challenging situations with empathy, and fostering positive relationships.

  • Empathy, reliability and a positive attitude
  • Experience in a children's residential care home is preferred but not necessarily required. Candidates that demonstrate a positive, person-centred and strong maternal skills will be considered.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential or Health & Social Care (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
