Teaching Assistant | Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 | 95 - 105 per day | Long Term - Permanent
Are you passionate about helping students achieve their full potential? Long Term Futures is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Mansfield.
This role is until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent after this time.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised 1-1 and small group support to students
- Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff, and parents to build a strong support network
- Work closely with teachers to understand individual learning styles, strengths, and challenges of students
- Monitor and facilitate the progress of students, supporting their social, emotional and academic development
Person Specification:
- Experience working with diverse learning needs with an education setting or similar
- A commitment to supporting students and supporting the school with creating a positive learning environment
- An Enhanced DBS certificate and two professional references are a requirement for this role (we can support with this).
