 About the Role:As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and mentoring other team members. Working within a therapeutic solo setting, you will support a child or young person with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), helping them develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes.
 Key Responsibilities:-
Direct Support & Care:
- Provide 1:1 support to a young person with EBD and trauma-related needs.
- Implement individual care plans and behaviour strategies.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

Mentoring & Teamwork:
- Act as a role model and support less experienced staff members.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager and therapeutic team to ensure the best care approaches.

Safeguarding & Compliance:
- Maintain Ofsted standards and ensure safeguarding procedures are strictly followed.
- Keep up-to-date records and contribute to ongoing care reviews.

Personal Development & Career Growth:
- Genuine opportunity to progress into Deputy Manager and Registered Manager roles.

- Experience working in a residential childcare or EBD setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
