- Support and nurture children and young people through trauma-informed and relational practice.
- Work in a challenging yet rewarding environment that requires sensitivity, understanding, and empathy.
- Engage with children and young people to foster a positive and supportive relationship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Health and Social Care working directly with children aged 8-18 years old.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo a free DBS check.
- Enthusiasm to make a difference and flexibility to work long days (10:00 - 22:00).
- Full driving license (desirable) or in the latter stages of gaining your license.
- Preferred: Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Residential (desirable, but training provided after 6 months of satisfactory employment).

Schedule:
