Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Lead the team to support residents physical, emotional and social wellbeing

- Assist carers with personal care

- Administer medication

- Promote independence, dignity and choice

- Shift handover

Essential Requirements:

- NVQ level 3 or higher

- 1 years experience in a residential or nursing home setting

- Awareness of person centered planning

- Understanding of safeguarding adults

Preferred Requirements:

- 2 years experience in a similar role

- Experience in leadership/leading a team

- Understanding of dementia care
