Working within a fast paced working environment,the responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Handling customer interactions for an organisation
  • Responding to phone calls, emails and live chat queries
  • Listening to customer concerns
  • Provide information on the companies services
  • Data entry / use of various computer software
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • General administration duties

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Have a great knowledge of problem solving
  • Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and provide the best service
  • Excel at building rapport with customers
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication

Working hours:

  • 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Pay rate is £11.54 per hour
  • OT rates in place, for hours worked over 37.5 / Saturdays if required
