Position: Welder Fabricator

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal structures and components for a range of industrial, commercial, and construction projects. You will work with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Weld, cut, and fabricate metal parts using a range of techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Assemble and install fabricated metal components
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Work closely with other team members to meet project timelines and client specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding and fabrication issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Proficient in various welding techniques
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments
- Relevant welding/fabrication certification or apprenticeship is preferred
