Job Title: Plater Fabricator

Salary: Up to 17.50 per hour

Company Overview:
A leading structural engineering company based in Nottinghamshire, who specialise in structural builds on heavy gauge metals, who complete projects for various clients and industries.
The Plater Fabricator Role:
Due to successful workload the company are now looking to bring in a new Plater Fabricator who can work on on-going contracts and become an asset to the current team.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal components.
- Follow engineering drawings.
- Use of hand tools to shape and bend metals.
- MIG and TIG Welding duties.
- Quality inspect own work to meet the customers requirements.
- Keeping a clean and tidy bay area.
- Working out measurements from drawings to scale.
The Plater Fabricator:
- Experience in fabrication, plating or sheet metal work.
- MIG Welding is essential.
- Ability to operate a range of tools both hand and power.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and assembly techniques is advantageous.
- Be able to read engineering drawings and schematic drawings
- Good attention to details.
