- Supporting the Fee Earners caseload
- Preparing legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Liaising with clients
- Legal Aid Administration processes
- Liaising with 3rd Parties
- Liaising with other Fee Earners
Caseload consists of matters within:
- Contentious and non-contentious matters
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal
- Redundancy and restrictive covenants
- Discrimination
- Drafting settlement agreements
- Legal Aid matters
The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of two years' solid legal experience, preferably within Employment or Litigation Law.
- Proficiency in managing a comprehensive caseload with minimal supervision.
- A thorough understanding of legal aid procedures and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent clients and liaise with various stakeholders.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
