We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and maintaining up-to-date records.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Processing supplier invoices 
  • Handling supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier details and account records.
  • Preparing payment runs and processing payments in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role within finance.
  • Strong understanding of purchase ledger processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
