Teamwork Partnership is currently recruiting for a skilled Machine Operator to join one of their clients in March area to be responsible and experienced in operating and maintaining machinery. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in food production site and operating machines in a busy environment.

This role includes safely running the weighing and bagging machines on the packing line and ensuring customer orders are met to specification.

  • Duties
  • Operate and monitor machinery during production processes
  • Ensuring completion of all orders within Attention to detail customer specifications
  • Set up machinery according to specific requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operations
  • Inspect parts with precision and ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
  • Experience in a similar manufacturing role would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate

Skills
Mechanical knowledge is essential for this role
Ability to assemble and disassemble machinery
Previous work in a food production environment is beneficial
Strong grasp of basic maths for measurements and calculations

This is 4on/4off shift on days. 6am-6pm

Starting rate of pay £12.96 once fully trained £13.61
