Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Dodington who are looking for Machine Operatives to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our client is one of the UK's largest growers and packers of fresh potatoes, supplying some of the country's largest retailers and processors from 2 production facilities.

About The Role:

This role includes safely running the weighing and bagging machines on the packing line, ensuring customer orders are met to specification and communicating with all departments.

DAY SHIFT- 4ON 4OFF, 6:00-18:00

Pay rate - 12.96 per hour

NIGHT SHIFT- Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 02:30

Pay rate - up to 14.55 per hour This is a PERMANENT position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all production targets are met, be able to operate machinery and equipment whilst ensuring compliance with all specifications, policies and procedures.
  • Lead the training and development of new team members.
  • Full ownership of your line including problem and resolution and improvement ideas
  • Ensure personal compliance with Standard Operating Procedures -Ensure all records are maintained in a legible and timely manner
  • Maintain a 'clean as you go' policy for your line
