  • The Role: Registered Manager, OFSTED
  • Salary: £48,000-£55,000
  • Location: March, Cambridgeshire 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure individual care plans meet the young person's care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs, and that they are regularly reviewed.
  • Facilitate high standards of quality care.
  • Take accountability for childcare and safeguarding concerns.
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and external professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of the young people.
  • Create rosters to ensure safe levels of staffing in the home
  • Budget management and effective use of finances
  • Experience Required:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • Experience with OFSTED
  • 2 years recent experience working with children in a residential care setting
