Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Year 5 Teacher to take on a part-time Class Teacher role on a 60% basis in a school in the March area, starting in January 2025.
About the roleThe desired KS2 Teacher will be working part-time in a Year 5 class, with a wide range of ability levels. They are lovely class of children who are keen to learn and are enthusiastic and energetic but rewarding to work with! This role would be suitable for both ECTs and experienced Teachers, but the school would ideally like someone who has recently taught in KS2. The role is 3 days a week.
About the schoolThis two form entry primary school is rated Good by Ofsted and has a hard working and dedicated SLT. The school has recently achieved this rating. They have a supportive staff team and well behaved children who are keen to learn.
RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Year 5 Teacher you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching primary education at all levels.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of primary Teachers.
- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
As Year 5 Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Shared class teacher responsibilities for a Year 5 class
In return, the school can offer the successful candidate:
Salary£31,600 to £43,500 per year

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
