We are currently on the lookout for a committed supply teacher to assist students across March. In these challenging times, the role of a supply teacher is crucial, whether for a single day, a week, or longer. Schools need your skills to maintain uninterrupted education, and your job will be to effortlessly follow lesson plans, ensuring a continuous and supportive learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.
- Assess, track, and support student progress, helping them achieve their best.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain effective classroom management, fostering respect and responsibility.
- Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A willingness to adapt to different teaching environments.
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
