Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in March who are looking for Quality Auditor to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our client is one of the UK’s largest growers and packers of fresh potatoes, supplying some of the country’s largest retailers and processors from 2 production facilities.

About The Role:

This role include auditing, monitoring and evaluating internal systems and procedures, whilst supporting the Operations team with technical knowledge, promoting Food Safety standards and customer requirements.

DAY SHIFT- 4ON4OFF, 6:00-18:00

£14.60 per hour

This is a PERMANENT position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify areas requiring training and ensure they are addressed withing given time frame

- Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements

- Prepare, particiapte, and present in 3rd party audits.

- Conduct swabbing and sampling against risk assessed schedule

- Effectively analyse data to identify areas of weakness or non-compliance

- Monitor trials and NPD ( when applicable) regarding shelf life/quality/ Gas levels

- Conduct full quality shelf-life analysis and report findings/ Improvement actions.

About you:

- Relevant experience of working within a technical departament and be able to demostrate a passion for Quality Assurance

- Good knowledge of customer requirements, fresh produce, and quality specifications. 

- Good planning, organisation and communication skills 

- Auditing skills ( including good attention to detail and the ability to investigate)

- Understanding of B.R.C and H.A.C.C.P  requirements along with Food Safety and H.A.C.C.P. Level 2 qualifications would be desirable but not essential.
