Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Remote/hybrid - Cambridge
Salary: up to 300 per day, depending on experience

This is a flexible role for an Architectural Technician/Technical Manager/Technical Coordinator. The role involves tasks such as Building Regulation applications, resolving Building Regulation queries, pre-application plan checks, technical drawing, resolving technical queries, sales drawings, working with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and planning applications. This is a flexible working hybrid role with working from home and/or at the offices in Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities:
- Building Regulation applications
- Building Regulation queries and resolutions
- Pre-submission plan checks
- Plan and elevation drawings
- Access statements
- Technical manufacturing drawings
- L2 & BB101 calculations
- Planning applications
- Client support pre-contract
- Costings
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Has architectural Technology and Architecture skills
- Has technical drawing and construction drawings skills
- Has proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Has experience in the construction industry and project management
- Has strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understands UK Building Regulations
- Has experience in the modular construction industry
- Has the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Has a Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field
