What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a professional kitchen; knowledge of dietary requirements is a bonus.
- An NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent in culinary skills is ideal.
- Passion for food, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Commitment to creating outstanding dining experiences.
