CBW has a brand new opportunity for a receptionist to join a leading facilities company. You will answer the telephones, redirect calls efficiently, provide temporary badges, escort visitors on site and be the first point of contact for any issues reported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Answer the telephones and redirect calls efficiently.
  • Provide temporary badges and escort visitors on site.
  • Be the first point of contact for any issues reported.
  • Help with the incoming and outgoing post.
  • Booking couriers and managing meeting room and conference call bookings.
  • Order stationery and office supplies, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.
Person Specification:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar front of house role.
  • Outstanding customer service delivery skills.
  • Great time keeping.
  • Well presented.
  • Able to make decisions to solve problems.
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
