Position: Machine Operator / Production Worker

Our client is looking to recruit a machinist to assist in the research and development of tobacco based products

Responsibilities:
- Set up, load, and operate fast-moving production machinery.
- Log production results and maintain attention to detail during production runs.
- Follow protocols for small production runs, ensuring machines are cleaned after use.
- Conduct quality inspections on products and assist with packing tasks.

Suitable candidates will have worked within a machine shop/production environment previously and will have good numeracy skills as well as the ability to create paperwork accurately.

The position is initially for 6 months but with a view to lasting longer dependant upon project demands

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay:

12.44 per hour
