Quality Controller

We are seeking experienced Quality Controllers to begin immediately in Marden (Tonbridge area).

Requirements:

• Collaborating with the Supervisor
• Ensuring label accuracy
• Maintaining product quality and safety

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking label information and print quality
• Ensuring the quality and safety of the finished product
• Recording quality scores
• Ensuring production aligns with the plan
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess strong numeracy and literacy skills, and have relevant experience.

The working shift pattern consists of 4 days on and 3 days off, totaling 12 hours per shift (including a 1-hour break).

The starting pay rate is £11.90/h during the probation period, increasing to £13.23/h afterwards.

Due to the location of the business, own transportation is required.
