What You’ll Be Doing:
•    Champion Quality & Compliance – Implement and drive quality systems aligned with FSSC/ISO22000, BRC, and customer requirements.
•    Lead Audits and Standards – Conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.
•    Drive Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
•    Problem-Solving – Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative strategies to eliminate quality risks.
•    Empower Teams – Develop and deliver training to upskill teams, fostering a proactive quality-driven mindset.

Desired Previous Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering).
•    Time served in a quality assurance team, ideally within food manufacturing.
•    Proven success in leading (or being part of) quality improvement initiatives.
•    HACCP certification 
•    Proficiency in ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 (FSSC), and audit processes.
