Site Manager - Water Infrastructure Project (3 month contract with possible extension - Inside IR35)
Future Build Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a Large Utilities Contractor on a water treatment project. This role will oversee the full delivery of electrical, mechanical, civil, and process elements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. From initial planning through to commissioning, this is an exciting opportunity to lead critical water infrastructure work.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and UK industry specifications.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, including oversight of RAMS, lifting plans, and quality assurance processes.

Monitor project progress, reporting directly to the Construction Manager, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies.

Provide strong leadership to the construction team, mentoring and developing team members.
Requirements:

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, Confined Space Training (Medium Risk), and Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor qualification.

Proven experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering projects.

Proficiency in MS Project/P6 Primavera and strong IT skills.

Previous experience in water and wastewater projects (preferred).

Full UK Driving Licence.
