A leading Construction Health & Safety consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated CDM Principal Designer to join their team, delivering high-caliber Safety by Design consultancy across a range of impactful projects, mainly within Residential, High-end commercial & Healthcare. The CDM Consultant role:

As a CDM Principal Designer, you will deliver expert Safety Design consultancy to a variety of clients across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage, and Infrastructure. You'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the requirement to visit the office once a week or bi-weekly.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction certification.
  • Tech IOSH membership (minimum).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CDM Principal Designer.
  • APS membership (preferred).
