We pride ourselves on exceptional hospitality, stylish interiors, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. As we prepare to launch ournew restaurantin the coming months, were looking for an experiencedGeneral Managerto lead the hotel and restaurant operations.
The Role
We are seeking adynamic and hands-on General Managerto oversee all aspects of the hotels daily operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while maintaining strong financial performance. You will be instrumental in managing the upcoming restaurant opening, leading the team, and driving the continued success of Margate House.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of thehotel and restaurant.
Lead and motivate a team, ensuring exceptional guest service.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
Work closely onthe launch and management of the new restaurant.
Maintain high standards in hospitality, food & beverage, and guest experience.
Handle bookings, reservations, and front-of-house operations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in aGeneral Manager, Hotel Manager, or F&B Managerrole.
A strong background inboth hotel and restaurant operations.
A passion for hospitality, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and P&L management.
Ability to work hands-on, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
