About the Role:

As a CDM Principal Designer, you will deliver expert Safety Design consultancy to a variety of clients across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage, and Infrastructure. You'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the requirement to visit the office once a week or bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive Safety Design consultancy to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations across various projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and offer detailed safety assessments.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction certification.
  • Tech IOSH membership (minimum).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CDM Principal Designer.
  • APS membership (preferred).
