An industry-respected Construction Consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join their dynamic team. About the Role:
As a CDM Principal Designer, you will deliver expert Safety Design consultancy to a variety of clients across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage, and Infrastructure. You'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the requirement to visit the office once a week or bi-weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Safety Design consultancy to clients.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations across various projects.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and offer detailed safety assessments.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction certification.
- Tech IOSH membership (minimum).
- At least 2 years of experience as a CDM Principal Designer.
- APS membership (preferred).
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary between £45,000 - £55,000.
