They will have up to date knowledge of employment law legislation and commercial awareness.

Description
- Providing expert HR advice to managers and staff
- Dealing with a variation of ER cases
- Manage an employee relations caseload; including absence, performance, grievances, conduct and capability varying in complexity.
- supporting with Restructures and Redundancies
- Coaching and upskilling
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
- Managing employee relations and resolving HR issues
- Conducting regular HR audits and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives
- Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the HR department
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
- Previous Public Sector experience would be desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
- Experience in providing HR advice and support to managers and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems
