Description
- Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Deal with client queries and maintain regular contact with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
- Assist in the drafting and preparation of legal documents
- Conduct and review searches and title checks
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team
- Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action points
- Contribute to the overall success of the Legal department in Canterbury
Profile
A successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
- A degree in law or a relevant field
- Minimum one year fee earning experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to handle sensitive client matters
- Proficiency in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office
