Summary

Working for a globally recognised business, you will work in the head office to support the International Amazon Business and export teams across digital and physical retail channels.

This role would suit someone with strong data entry skills, an exceptional eye for detail and good Excel abilities.

General duties to include

  • Gain a thorough understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace and other relevant digital seller platforms: - Catalogue management; Order processing; New item set-up across multiple sales channels; Upload of images and video content; Compliance documentation requests; Upload and manage cost files; User access; Charge back reporting; Listing quality updates
  • Sales reporting dashboards: - Sales performance; Catalogue management; Inventory management; Net PPM tracking
  • Support international export team with adhoc administration requests to deliver new sales opportunities
  • Establish good working relationships with all digital partners
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Work on ad hoc administration requests
  • Arrange for samples, POS and other relevant marketing requests to be fulfilled
  • Provide a timely flow of relevant information to customers
  • Work closely with customer support, logistics, finance and brand marketing to ensure the best solutions are delivered
  • Continuous development of product knowledge
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions and events where/if required
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and be prepared to work outside the sphere of the existing digital channel
  • Have flexible working patterns in relation to the time zones of international customers

Key Skills and Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of Excel and wider Microsoft Office suites
  • Communication: face to face, e-mail, live chat and telephone
  • Listening skills: establishing rapport, understanding needs
  • Financial understanding and commercial ability
  • Managing time: efficiency, planning, prioritisation
