500m Education Framework - Council-led projects across Kent and London
100m NEC Gatwick Airport & Eurotunnel redevelopment
High-Rise Residential Developments - 84m, 50m, and 74m schemes (14-22 storeys)

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Pre and Post Contract experience
The ability to lead projects from inception to completion
