Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (Trainee) | 30,000 - 40,000 (Assistant)

We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our projects. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in quantity surveying, with a clear pathway for progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Conducting site visits and measurements.
  • Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
  • Supporting the senior quantity surveyor in managing subcontractor accounts.
  • Monitoring project progress and costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Assisting with the preparation of valuations and final accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • For the Assistant role, 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
