Level 5 Teaching Assistant, Margate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal potential.
- Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and deliver tailored interventions.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in accessing the curriculum.
- Assist with the planning of activities and ensure students are engaged and motivated in their learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.
