Responsibilities
- Planning and Delivering the highest quality of lessons accommodating for the varying needs and abilities of the pupils
- Behaviour management
- Supporting students to excel and reach their full potential
- Classroom management
- Support for students both verbal and non verbal - using PECS is hugely desirable
- Leading the department and supporting the other Maths Teachers in the planning and direction of the faculty
