Accounts Assistant

Recruit Mint are recruiting for an accounts assistant for their client in Market Deeping.

This will initially be starting as a part time position with the potential for it to go full time in the future. No formal qualifications are required but experience is essential. Hours of work can be flexible to suit you, they are ideally looking for someone to work Wednesday to Friday for 15-20 hours per week but this can be discussed at interview. Salary will be £12.00-£15.00 per hour dependant on experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Raising POs
• Raising invoices
• Paying invoices
• Inputting information onto the database
• Credit Control - chasing payments
• Ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience with Xero, Dext, Google Drive, and Netsuite
• Able to learn quickly
• Ability to commute to Market Deeping, this will be based on site
• Experience working in a similar role
