On behalf of a well-recognised charity, I am seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Assistant Manager to join one of their supported living services in Market Drayton. In this role, you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care, helping our service users lead fulfilling and independent lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.

- Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, promoting best practices in person-centred care.

- Work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans.

- Manage on-call duties as part of a rota, ensuring 24/7 support is available when needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**

1. **UK Driving Licence and Own Vehicle:** Essential for travel between locations and supporting service users in the community.

2. **Level 2 in Health and Social Care:** Ideally, you'll hold a Level 3 qualification or be working towards it.

3. **Experience in Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities:** Proven ability in providing person-centred care and positive behaviour support.

4. **Flexibility:** Willingness to work on the on-call rota, ensuring continuous, high-quality support.
