Mechanical Fitter

Mane are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to work on a chemical dosing plant project. The primary responsibilities will include the installation and fitting of Unistrut frameworks to support dosing line cables, as well as fitting Unistrut for containment and cable trays to ensure efficient and safe cable routing throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and assembly of Unistrut supports for dosing line cables.
• Fitting Unistrut for containment systems, including cable trays, to support electrical and chemical dosing systems.
• Ensuring all installations are in line with industry safety and quality standards.
• Working closely with other team members to complete tasks according to project specifications and deadlines.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines, especially when handling chemical dosing equipment.
• General Mechanical Manual works

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter, preferably in industrial or chemical plant settings.
• Proficient in installing Unistrut frameworks and cable containment systems.
• Strong understanding of safety requirements on a chemical dosing plant.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker minimum).
