The role involves planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across the Midlands and North West, focusing on commercial installations and mechanical equipment.
The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £45,000, with additional benefits including a company vehicle, 25 days holiday, and a pension scheme.
Candidates should have experience with commercial gas/oil-fired heating and ventilation equipment, along with current Gas Safe non-domestic qualifications.
This opportunity requires proven fault-finding skills and offers a Monday to Friday schedule with potential for overtime.

Your work will involve servicing contracts, maintaining commercial installations, and diagnosing faults on a variety of mechanical equipment.What’s in it for you?

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with overtime opportunities and participation in an out-of-hours call service rota.Your Responsibilities

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance at client sites across the Midlands, North West, and Central regions.
Service and maintain commercial installations, including gas/oil boilers, pumps, AHUs, and HVAC equipment.
Diagnose faults and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Ensure compliance with gas regulations and complete statutory reports.

What You’ll Bring

Experience servicing and maintaining commercial gas/oil-fired heating and ventilation equipment.
Current Gas Safe non-domestic qualifications.
Knowledge of M&E systems.
Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with tablet-based CAFM systems.

Desirable (but not essential):

OFTEC qualifications.
Formal electrical qualifications.
