I'm working with a top-tier FMCG manufacturer in  who are looking for a Shift Engineer Lead to join their growing team. It's an opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery in a company, and lead a multiskilled engineering team when on shift.

You would need to be a hands-on Engineer to join the team and oversee maintenance activities across production machinery. Furthermore to help deliver quality, efficiency, and innovation in all operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Multi-Skilled Engineers, ensuring timely completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
  • Perform and supervise mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Communicate breakdowns and repairs effectively via verbal, email, and engineering shift reports.
  • Drive improvements in plant efficiency and productivity.
  • Uphold strict Health & Safety standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in FMCG environment.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivilent within engineering.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving
