We are excited to be starting our search for a passionate and customer focused Assistant Front of House Manager to lead our Restaurant, Bar & Wine team at Goldstone.

We offer our guests a menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers.
We are seeking an experienced candidate to support all aspects of our restaurant operations. You will have a passion for teamwork and developing people to deliver.
Along with our passion for locally sourced ingredients we offer an extensive wine list to our guests, from wines across the world to local British produce. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for food, wine & beverages, and in return we encourage direct supplier engagement with training to develop you and your teams knowledge.
This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences; assistanting in the development and implemention of innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.
Monitoring guest feedback, resolving issues, and striving to continuously improve the overall Restaurant experience for our guests. You will be commercially minded and entrepreneurial, being able to spot opportunities and act swiftly.
You will be motivated by targets and be able to impart enthusiasm for sales onto the team.
Experience in a similar role is essential, you must have a clear understanding of traditional restaurant service, and how to use this knowledge to drive and improve standards. Candidates must be capable and confident to take on responsibility for the hotel during shifts, being prepared and able to deal with incidents or emergency situations.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of front of house operations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in supervising or managing teams.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
