Your new schoolThis brilliant Primary School based in Shropshire, Market Drayton, is looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join them after October half-term. This school has a close community feel. This school has a family feel and strives to ensure the staff push their pupils to fulfil their potential.
Your new roleYou will be supporting a Year 4 class. You will be working Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 3:30pm each day, working closely with small groups of children supporting them with literacy, numeracy and RWI interventions in the morning and supporting a small group of pupils in the afternoon.
What you'll need to succeed
- A relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience working in a similar role.
- Familiarity with primary education and an understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- A genuine interest in supporting students' learning and development.
- Flexibility to adjust to the needs of individual students.
