Learning Disabilities Service Manager
Location: Market Drayton and Whitchurch
Salary: Circa 30,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-Time with shared on-call

I am seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee a cluster of supported living clients and a handful of outreach services within Market Drayton and Whitchurch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage supported living and outreach services.
- Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Promote and implement positive behaviour support.
- Network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with sector regulations and best practices.
- Share on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Proven experience as a senior/team leader.
- Confident, knowledgeable, and competent within CQC policies and procedures.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Significant experience in positive behaviour support.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
