Senior Therapeutic Support Worker - Qualified

Salary - 30,360 - 32,906

Are you an experienced Senior Therapeutic Support Worker looking for your next role?

We have full time roles available equating to 173 hours per month, shifts would include on calls and sleep ins.

Sleep ins have an additional payment of 65.00 per night.

The role is in residential homes for females who have experienced or who are at risk of child sexual exploitation.

Role Requirements:

  • QCF level 4 in residential childcare
  • For this role you need to hold a full driving licence
  • Be able to lead, coach, mentor and support a team
  • Manage rota's
  • Provide reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Be able to manage and fulfil all compliance requirements
  • Work with relevant agencies
  • Oversea and monitor individuals within the homes
  • Have experience working with children that have suffered sexual exploitation
  • Ensure young persons daily needs are met by providing a safe and secure environment
  • Engage help and support children
  • Promote the safeguarding and wellbeing of the children at all times
  • Hold a full enhanced dbs
