About the Role
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll be at the core of the company’s financial operations, ensuring records are accurate, processes run smoothly, and the team has the insights they need to drive the business forward. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll oversee a wide range of bookkeeping and financial tasks, including:

  • Managing transactions and reconciliations on Xero.
  • Overseeing the purchase ledger function and liaising with outsourced teams.
  • Processing payments for suppliers, staff, and associates.
  • Supporting payroll processes, inter-company charges, and compliance with financial policies.
  • Collaborating with managers and the leadership team on queries, reporting, and audits.
