Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow your allocated customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Keep business churn below 5% monthly.
- Stay informed on market trends and product knowledge.
